I am the founder, creator, idea generator,  content wizard, photographer, social media manager, ________ (insert every role needed to run a handmade brand) behind IrisBloom Creations. I don’t mean to brag, I just wanted to underline the fact that IrisBloom Creations is a one-woman operation. It’s by no means easy, especially since I also have a regular 9-5 job, but I looove doing it! And hopefully, this becomes my job one day *closes eyes and makes a wish* Anywho, to tell you a bit about my story and how IrisBloom Creations came to be!

I started dablling in arts and crafts when I was around 5 or 6 years old. I tried out almost everything you can think of – mold casting, sticker-making, glass painting, beading … And then for one of my birthdays, I got a set of polymer clay and started making jewellery. The rest is, as they say, history. Over the years I’ve experimented with different media and finally settled on a combination of polymer clay, resin, and watch parts. That said, I love to experiment and occassionally get obsessed with a new medium or technique that either ends up being a glitch or becomes a part of my regular repertoire.

Every single item you see in my store (and I do mean every.single.one.of.them) is 100% one-of-a-kind. Yeah, I know handmade products are technically always unique (because let’s be honest, it’s practically impossible to replicate something made by hand), but when I say 100% one-of-a-kind, I mean it. I never* repeat designs and always make sure to make small tweaks to ensure no two creations are the same. Why, you ask? Because I believe each and every one of us is different, special, and unique in our own way, and I want to reflect that in my art. I want you to have something that’s only yours and as one-of-a-kind as yourself!
