Returns
I hope you will love your creation, but if it for some reason doesn’t meet your expectations, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Used or worn items cannot be returned. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you (the buyer) are responsible for any loss in value.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for personalised items and items on sale.
To start a return, contact me at [email protected] quoting your order number and item(s) you wish to return. Once your request is authorised, you will receive all the necessary information to return your item(s). You need to post the items within 30 days of receipt with the receipt or proof of purchase enclosed. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
I do not except exchanges or cancellations.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
